To Disable Plugins via WordPress Dashboard
- Log into your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on Plugins on the navigation menu and Select Installed Plugins.
The list of the plugins presently installed on your WordPress account will appear. You can also see their statuses to determine which of them are presently active.
3. You can find the Deactivate button beside the active plugins. Click on it to turn off or disable the plugin.
still, you can disable the plugins via cPanel, If you’re unfit to pierce the WordPress admin dashboard.
To Disable plugins via train director
- Log into your cPanel account.
- Scroll down to the FILES section and click train director.
- The train director window will open.
- Search and open your WordPress website’s directory root.
- Open the wp- content brochure.
- Next, open the plugins brochure.
- Then, you’ll find all the plugins of your WordPress website.
- Select the plugin you need to disable and click the Rename option.
- A window will popup. You’ll have to change the brochure name and click the Rename train button.
Don’t forget to make a note or flash back the original name of the plugin brochure. You’ll need it if you want to spark the plugin again.
Note down Some plugins that bear hiding are hard- enciphered. Renaming the brochure won’t disable similar plugins for the WordPress point.
