Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be issued by Hostycare. This Policy applies to all services purchased through https://www.hostycare.com.

By accessing, purchasing, or using any service provided by Hostycare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

Company: “Hostycare”, having its registered business address at 4/111, Vikalp Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – 226010, India.

Customer / User: Any individual, business, or legal entity purchasing or using Hostycare services.

Services: Includes but is not limited to web hosting, VPS, cloud servers, reseller hosting, domains, licenses, add-ons, and managed services.

You / Your: Refers to the Customer or User of Hostycare services.

2. Account Activation & Billing

Payments made via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or PayPal are processed instantly and services are activated automatically after successful verification.

Payments made via cheque may take up to five (5) business days to clear. Services paid via cash or postal order will be activated on the same business day upon confirmation.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

The money-back guarantee is strictly available to first-time customers only. Customers who previously held an account, cancelled it, or maintain multiple accounts are not eligible.

  • WordPress Hosting – 30 Days
  • cPanel Hosting – 30 Days
  • VPS Hosting – 7 Days
  • Reseller Hosting – 7 Days
  • Cloud Hosting – 7 Days
  • WooCommerce Hosting – 7 Days
  • Windows VPS Server – 7 Days

Refund eligibility applies only to annual or longer billing cycles. Monthly, quarterly, and short-term plans are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are approved only in cases of genuine technical issues that remain unresolved by our support team.

  • Dedicated Servers
  • Domain Registration, Transfer, or Renewal
  • WHMCS & Control Panel Licenses
  • Microsoft OS / SQL Licenses
  • Any Paid Software or License
  • SSL Certificates
  • SiteLock, CodeGuard
  • Website Builder
  • Add-on Services & Managed Support
  • LiteSpeed & Softaculous

5. Refund Deductions

If your hosting plan includes a free domain or paid license, the cost of such items including applicable GST will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds do not include taxes, setup fees, bank charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative costs.

6. Platform & Technical Limitations

OpenVZ VPS does not support GUI, kernel upgrades, or BIOS modifications. KVM Cloud Hosting supports kernel upgrades but not BIOS modifications.

Requests outside supported platform capabilities are not eligible for refunds.

7. Service Suspension or Termination

No refunds will be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, illegal usage, abuse, or misuse of system resources.

8. Refund Request Process

  1. Log in to your Hostycare Client Area
  2. Submit a ticket under the Support section
  3. Clearly mention your refund request and reason

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Client Area. Refund completion may take up to two (2) weeks from the date of approval.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Policy Modifications

Hostycare reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
